Ruston is a sending community. Because of the impact of Louisiana Tech and Grambling on our area, the potential "footprint" of The Bridge is much larger than a church in a typical small town. We believe God has uniquely positioned us to train, equip, and launch leaders. In an effort to deepen our investment in these future leaders, we have developed a residency program called The Bridge Institute, which is led by Matthew Johnson.
The Bridge Institute exists to develop leaders for God's Kingdom who are equipped for every good work (2 Timothy 3:17). We believe that being trained to lead God’s people is about more than just gathering and regurgitating head knowledge. Rather, we are committed to the process of growing our leaders in a head, heart, and hands approach—stimulating the mind, developing character, and applying these principles into practical skills.

Our residencies start on August 1st and January 2nd each year. Applications will open November 1, 2017 and will close on January 15, 2018.
